This goes to a friend of mine who said, that looking at the distance of my pastells gives him so much energie and strenght. Can there be a greater compliment?

    That is a great quote! I peer at the distance, looking for something. What will I see over the horizon, I wonder.

    You observe the marine colors so well – I am amazed by that. I grew up at the beach, you know – so I know those when I see them and you have them here. Except that you also create extra interest by bringing the foreground "up" with the warmth. Marvelous.
