After I had made it through the online preselection, I went to London this weekend in order to hand in my painting. Today I have learned that my pastel painting \"Autumn surf\" was selected for the exhibition in June.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img class=\"ngg-singlepic ngg-center\" src=\"https:\/\/www.pastellbilder.de\/wp-content\/gallery\/blog\/11044-12x78-herbstbrandung.jpg\" alt=\"11044-12x78-herbstbrandung\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Autumn surf, 12&#215;79 cm, 2011<br \/>\n\u00a9 Astrid Volquardsen<br \/>\nSold<\/p>\n<p>The Federation of British Artists(FBA) consists of nine art societies, and is based at the <a class=\"external\" href=\"http:\/\/www.mallgalleries.org.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\">Mall Galleries<\/a> in London where the societies Annual Exhibitions are held.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img class=\"ngg-singlepic ngg-center\" src=\"https:\/\/www.pastellbilder.de\/wp-content\/gallery\/blog\/london-april-103.jpg\" alt=\"london-april-103\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00a9 Astrid Volquardsen<\/p>\n<p>Right now the annual exhibition of the watercolour society is on, so I went in and had a sneak peak of the exhibition rooms.
